Page Nine. Seville and Zaragoza, our eighth day in Spain.

In the morning we went to the Alcazar in Seville. We had a train to Madrid departing Seville before 1:00 in the afternoon, and then after about 50 minutes in Madrid we caught our next train, taking us to Zaragoza.

Forward to the next day.

Here is a balcony in Seville, not far from the Alcazar. This is the way we walked from the Alcazar to our hotel when it was time to check out and go to the train station. Here is some of the countryside we saw between Seville and Madrid.

These children we met in a playground in Zaragoza were very friendly and curious about us. They seemed to think I had recently appeared on television. I guess someone who looks like me must work in television broadcasting or acting in Spain. This is a view of some countryside as seen from our train window as we approached Zaragoza. In the train stations of Seville, Madrid, and Zaragoza we had some good views of the fast Spanish trains.

The Next Day we went to Expo 2008 in Zaragoza.

We didn't do much in our evening in Zaragoza. We did enjoy having an apartment for four nights, and so we settled in there.
Back to the previous day.

Forward to the next day.
