The flags of the members of the European Union fly outside the European Parliament. This is where the elected representatives of the European Union sit in the European Parliament. They do most of the work of drafting laws in Brussles, Beligum, but every month they come to Strasbourg for full sessions when they vote on things and receive speakers and so forth.
